We're Megan and Trent, a husband-and-wife photography duo based in Alton, New Hampshire, on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. We were raised by the weather here, and four stubborn New England seasons taught us both to notice light. Between us we've been photographing professionally for more than a decade, and the work has taken us from candlelit ballrooms in Newport to red-rock engagements in Utah.
We started MT Frame Studio because we wanted the kind of photography that doesn't feel like photography. The kind you stumble into years later and it still smells like your wedding day. The kind that makes you miss your mother.
Our approach is quiet. We direct softly when you need it, and we disappear when you don't. Most of what ends up in your gallery is what happened while you were busy loving someone. Two photographers, two perspectives, one frame at a time.
“Filling the MT Frames.”
Light is the subject. Pose, place, expression all serve it. When light is right, a photograph can hold a lifetime.
We don't stage emotion. We set up the environment for it to happen naturally, then we watch closely and press the shutter when we see you.
Your gallery is not a feed. It's a family artifact. We edit it like we're making a small, quiet museum of your people.
Send a note through the inquiry form. We'll reply within 48 hours with a full pricing guide and a time to chat.
A call or coffee to talk vision, timeline, and logistics. No pressure. We want us all to feel like friends before the camera.
A signed contract & retainer locks your date on the calendar. We only take a limited number of weddings each year.
We arrive early, stay quiet, and catch what the day offers. You live it. We remember it for you.
Within six to eight weeks you receive a private, fully-edited gallery, with heirloom-quality prints available through the studio.
